CARA DELEVINGNE LOVE MAGAZINE INSPIRED MAKEUP

I absolutely love the make up created on Cara Delevingne for the cover of LOVE magazine and I thought I would show the products I used to create my own interpretation of it. I did this while battling against the sun going down so the flash on my camera is very unforgiving and doesn't demonstrate the make up too well! Sorry!!!!!!!

01. For my skin I started with a primer to create a base for my foundation, for this I used the
Revlon PhotoReady Perfecting Primer, Cara's skin looks flawless and dewy in the photo so I used
Rimmel Wake Me Up Make Up Foundation which gives a bright glowing finish. As always for concealer I used MAC Studio Finish Concealer, and Rimmel Stay Matte Powder over the concealer and T-zone.

02. Naturally for a Cara Delevingne look, the brows had to be done (which make me look formidably grumpy in this image). For this I used an angled brush to fill them in with MAC Omega eyeshadow as well as using a dark brown from a Sleek palette. I brushed my brows up to keep them looking as natural as possible.

03. For the top lid colour I used MAC Satin Taupe and lightly washed this over the whole lid and winged it upwards towards the outer corner.

04. I used Maybelline Gel Eyeliner in brown to create a winged eyeliner, I chose this as it's quite a red toned brown which compliments the under eye colour and looks more true to the original than black.

05. I combined MAC Sable and MAC Cranberry together and blended this under the eye, I also added a little of the brown I used through my brows to make this a bit darker, I blended this out and up to follow the wing of the eyeliner and Satin Taupe.

06. I took L'Oréal's Contour Khól in the colour 164 Chrome Brown along my bottom waterline and then added Diego Dalla Palma Mascara Trasformista. I also added Bootycall from the Naked 2 Palette to highlight the inner corner!

07. For the lips I used Bourjois Rouge Edition Lipstick in 10 and used Natural Collection's Tinted Lip Balm in the colour Passionfruit Punch to give it a super glossy effect like the photo. (by this point I was relying on the flash on my camera, making me quite pale looking)

08. For contour I used Bourjois Bronzing Primer, which is unfortunately drowned out a little from the flash :-( I used YSL Touche Éclat to highlight the tops of my cheeks as well as down the centre of my nose.

Annndnddddd that's pretty much it! I hope you enjoyed reading this, I'm still working on the layout and photography and everything so please forgive me while I do! The colour on my nails is the colour Posh from Revlon, and my midi-rings are from ASOS market place. Thank you for reading! :-D
